Ms. Oanh graduated from Hanoi Law University and Hanoi University of Foreign Languages. She has broad experience in Trademark matters in Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia and Myanmar, especially, in Searching and Registration of Trademarks, Licensing and Assignment, Renewal and Amendment of Trademark registrations.

Mr. Cong has broad experience in Copyright and Trademark matters in Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia and Myanmar, especially, in Searching and Registration of Trademarks, Licensing and Assignment, Renewal and Amendment of Trademark registrations, Appeal and Opposition.

Phuong has been a member of Gintasset since 2014. She graduated from Hanoi University of Foreign Languages.

She has broad experience in Trademark matters in Vietnam, especially, in Searching and Registration of Trademarks, Appeal and Opposition.

She graduated from Hanoi University of Foreign Languages and The IP online training course of the NOIP.

Ms. Dung has broad experience in Trademark matters in Vietnam, especially, in Searching and Registration of Trademarks, Licensing and Assignment, Renewal and Amendment of Trademark registration, Appeal and Opposition.

She is a graduate of Hanoi Law University and University of Social Sciences and Humanities.
Ms. Duyen has broad experience in Trademark matters in Vietnam, especially, in Searching and Registration of Trademarks, Licensing and Assignment, Renewal and Amendment of Trademark registration, Appeal and Opposition.

She is a member of Vietnam Intellectual Property Association (VIPA).

He is a graduate of Hanoi Law University.

His practice emphasis is on the areas of Trademark, Licensing, Assignment, Renewal and Copyright law including preparation and prosecution of trademark applications, representing clients in trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings.

She graduated from Hanoi Law University. Ms. Thanh  has broad experience in Trademark matters in Vietnam, especially, in Searching and Registration of Trademarks, Licensing and Assignment, Renewal and Amendment of Trademark registration, Appeal and Opposition.

She is a member  of Vietnam Intellectual Property Association (VIPA).

Ms. Mai has more than 4-year experience in Copyright and Trademark matters in Vietnam, especially, in Searching and Registration of Trademarks, Licensing and Assignment, Renewal and Amendment of Trademark registration, Appeal and Opposition. She graduated from Hanoi University of Foreign Languages and she was also awarded her Certificate of Intellectual Property by the National Office of Industrial Property of Vietnam.
