MS. NGUYEN LAN HUONG

Ms.Huong graduated from the Hanoi University of Technology and the Hanoi University of Foreign Languages. She also obtained Certificates from the Japan Patent Office, and the IP Academy – Singapore and she also completed IP training courses organized by WIPO, ASEAN IPA, and the National Office of Intellectual Property of Vietnam.
Her areas of specialization are legal advice on specific matters such as priority right, patent searches, new application procedures and estimate costs and other patent-related matters, providing advice on strategies for maintenance and protection of intellectual property.

Mr. Nguyen Dinh Au

Mr. Au attained his Bachelor of Law degree and then a Master of Laws (LL.M.) at the Hanoi Law College.
He has more than 20 years of experience practicing in a broad range of practices of intellectual property.
His practice spans the enforcement and litigation of trademark rights, design rights, copyrights and the right to act against unfair competitors.

Mr. Chu Luong Chan

Mr. Chan graduated from Hanoi University of Science & Technology – Institute of Biological and Food Technology.

Mr. Chan is currently a Patent Attorney in charge of Patent and Industrial Design prosecution, providing legal advices on Vietnamese IP laws, especially in Patent and Industrial Design cases.

Mr. Phan Quang Chung

Mr. Chung graduated with a Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Hanoi University of Technology, and Bachelor of Law in Hanoi Law University.

He is currently a Patent Attorney in charge of Patent and Industrial Design prosecution, providing legal advices on Vietnamese IP laws, especially in Patent and Industrial Design cases.

He is a member of Vietnam Intellectual Property Association (VIPA)

Ms. Nguyen Quynh Giang

Ms.Giang is a patent executive in the Hanoi office. Combining a strong background in science and technology with extensive experience in all matters related to patent and design prosecution, Giang has worked closely with foreign clients to protect their intellectual property in Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, and Myanmar.
Giang graduated from the Hanoi National University a BS in Biochemistry, and completed an advanced course on Biotechnology and Intellectual Property offered by WIPO. Before joining GINTASSET, she worked as a QA engineer for a Japanese company in Vietnam.

Mr. Nguyen Van Sy

Mr. Sy graduated from Hanoi University of Technology – Faculty of Mechanical Engineering. He also finished the 6-month Intellectual Property training course at the National Office of Intellectual Property of Vietnam (NOIP).
He is currently in charge of Patent and Design prosecution in Vietnam, handling patent searches and managing Patent annuities/Design renewals portfolio. He has also managed Industrial Design Division team and handled all Industrial Design cases

Mr. Nguyen Cong Nghia

Mr.Nghia graduated from Hanoi University of Technology (Faculty of Electronics and Telecommunications).

Prior to joining GINTASSET, he was an associate of Hanoi Telecom Services Company. Nghia is well experienced in preparation and prosecution of patent applications in the field of computers, information technology, electronics, robotics.

Ms. Le Thi Minh Khanh

Ms. Khanh graduated from Hanoi University of Technology (Chemical Technology Faculty). She was also awarded her Certificate of Intellectual Property by the National Office of Industrial Property of Vietnam.

Her practice emphasis is on the areas of patents including preparation and prosecution of patent applications, representing clients in patent opposition and cancellation proceedings, and provision of advice on strategies for maintenance and protection of intellectual property subject matters.

Ms. Nguyen Cam Thuy

Ms. Thuy graduated from Hanoi National University and she has a Bachelor of Law in Administration – Law University of Ho Chi Minh City.
Her main task covers patent prosecution, consultant and translation of patent from English into Vietnamese in Medical, Pharmaceutical, Biological and Chemical fields and preparation of necessary documents for responding to office actions

Ms. Bui Le Hang

Ms.Hang graduated from Hanoi University of Science and Technology and she has a Certificate in Intellectual Property issued by Ho Chi Minh City University of Law and National Office of Intellectual Property of Vietnam.
Hang has got valuable knowledge and experience in technical science and technology, especially as consumer electronic products.
Her main tasks in Gintasset now cover assisting in translation, advice and preparation of necessary documents for filing, and handling patent prosecution.

Mr. Nguyen Van Duong

He graduated from Hanoi Law University. He is highly experienced in the fields of translation, preparation and prosecution of patent applications as well as in appeal and opposition to the grant of Patents.

Ms. Le Huong Son

Ms. Son graduated from Hanoi University of Science and Technology, her major is Chemical Engineering Technology

She is now in charge of patent prosecution, appeal against the Refusal of granting patent from the NOIP as well as handling amendment/assignment.

She is a member of Vietnam Intellectual Property Association (VIPA).

Ms. Nguyen Thi Thom

Ms. Thom graduated from Hanoi University – English language.

She is highly experienced in the fields of translation, preparation and prosecution of patent applications as well as in appeal and opposition to the grant of Patents. Her main tasks cover assisting in advice and preparation of necessary documents for filing and supporting patent prosecution.

Mr. Nguyen Van Toi

Toi is a member of the Patent Department. He graduated from Hanoi University of Science and Technology. He got in-depth knowledge in chemical and electronic fields.

He is now in charge of patent prosecution, appeal against the Refusal of granting patent from the NOIP as well as handling amendment/assignment.

Ms. Tran Thi Thinh

Thinh is a graduate of  Hanoi Law University  and Hanoi University – English language.
She has broad experiences in fields of Patent and Industrial Design. She has worked at the Patent and Design Department of Gintasset as a Patent Specialist.
Her main tasks in Gintasset now cover translation, advice and preparation of necessary documents for filing and assisting Patent Attorney and Patent Associate during patent prosecution.

Mr. Do Minh Tuan

Tuan was educated at Hanoi University of Science and Technology and Hanoi Law University. He also completed Intellectual Property training course organized by National Office of Intellectual Property of Vietnam.

He has got knowledge and experience in technical science and technology, especially as consumer electronic products.

His main tasks now cover translation, advice and preparation of necessary documents for filing and assisting Patent Attorney and Patent Associate during patent prosecution.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Thu

Ms. Thu is a graduate of Hanoi Law University, Bachelor of English at Hanoi University of Foreign Languages.

Her main responsibility cover translating patent specification from English into Vietnamese in various fields such as Medical and Chemical and  assisting in advice and preparation of necessary documents for filing and supporting patent prosecution.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Anh Xuan

Ms. Xuan graduated Hanoi University of Industry, her major is Chemical Engineering Technology. She also completed Intellectual Property training course organized by National Office of Intellectual Property of Vietnam.

She has worked at the Patent and Design Department as a Patent Specialist. Her main tasks now cover assisting in translation, advice and preparation of necessary documents for filing and assisting Patent Attorney and Patent Associate during patent prosecution.

Ms. To Thi To Uyen

Uyen is a graduate of University of Foreign Languages where she received her Bachelor of English and Hanoi Law University.

Ms. Uyen specializes in various aspects of international and Vietnamese intellectual property laws, including patent laws, especially in patent drafting, patent prosecution, patent invalidation/cancellation, opposition/appeal, maintenance, commercialization, prior art search, freedom, providing leagl opinions on infringement possibility, and other patent-related matters especially in pharmacology, life science, chemistry, chemical engineering, biotechnology and biochemistry.

Mr. Luu Van Hai

He graduated from Law Faculty, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, with over 10 years experience in IP and legal practice.

He has finished the 6-month lawyer skill training course in Hanoi, 6-month Intellectual Property training course at University of Social Sciences and Humanities (Vietnam National University, Hanoi) and training course on drafting patent specification.

He has broad experiences in fields of Patent and Industrial Design.

Ms. Nguyen Thanh Hang

Ms. Hang graduated from Hanoi University of Technology (faculty of Biotechnology), Hang also finished the 6-month Intellectual Property training course at the National Office of Intellectual Property of Vietnam (NOIP), She has broad experiences in fields of Patent and Industrial Design.

Ms. Le Thi Xuan Yen

Ms. Yen graduated from Hanoi University of Science & Technology and Hanoi Law University.

She is currently a Patent Attorney in charge of Patent and Industrial Design prosecution, providing legal advices on Vietnamese IP laws, especially in Patent and Industrial Design cases.
