Mr. Thuan attained his Bachelor of Law degree and then a Master of Laws (LL.M.) at the Hanoi Law College.
Prior to joining Gintasset, he worked for some well-known law firms in Hanoi, Vietnam, Mr. Thuan gained much valuable knowledge and experience in various legal fields including investment, commercial, corporate, labour, tax, intellectual property, and others, whereby Mr. Thuan created a solid foundation for his professional development.
Mr. Thuan’s primary focus is on legal advice with respect to corporate structuring, mergers and acquisitions and business litigation, covering a broad range of industry sectors including construction, technology information, port management, insurance and transport and telecommunications.

Mr. Trung graduated from Hanoi Law University and he has also been admitted as an official member of the Bar Association of Hanoi.
Mr. Trung has more than 17 years of experience practicing in a broad range of practices of intellectual property.
His practice spans the enforcement and litigation of trademark rights, design rights, copyrights and the right to act against unfair competitors.

Ms. Hoa graduated from Hanoi Law University. She is well qualified to provide legal advice on a wide range of legal issues with her particular areas of expertise being Corporate and Investment Law. She has handled a numbers of transactions related to corporate structuring, mergers and acquisitions, banking and real estate industries.

Mr. Tu attained his Bachelor of Law degree and Hanoi University of Foreign Studies. He has also been admitted as an official member of the Bar Association of Hanoi.
With nearly 12 years of legal practice experience, Lawyer Tu has assisted domestic companies and multi-national companies in matters related to enterprises, foreign investment in Vietnam, Mergers & Acquisitions, Transfer of Equity and Trade.
By starting his career path as a lawyer with some well-known law firms in Vietnam, Vietnam, Mr. Tu gained much valuable knowledge and experience in various legal fields including investment, commercial, corporate, tax, intellectual property, and others, whereby Mr. Tu created a solid foundation for his professional development.

Ms. Lan has more than 10 years of experience in legal practice and assistance to local and multi-national companies. Principle areas of practice include dispute resolution at court and commercial arbitration, representation in amicable negotiation, providing advice and settling issues in relation to areas of labour and employment, commercial and civil transactions, investment, enterprises, criminal cases, legal training, and so forth.

From 2012 to date, Ms.Tuyen has been working for Gintasset and involved in a large number of cases in a variety of legal fields, including civil, family, labour employment, tax, real estate, corporate governance and other business and commercial issues.
She has extensive experience working with various dispute resolution agencies and other state authorities to resolve related disagreements effectively.

Ms. Linh graduated from Hanoi Law University. She is well qualified to provide legal advice on a wide range of legal issues with her particular areas of expertise being Corporate and Investment Law. She has handled a numbers of transactions related to corporate structuring, mergers and acquisitions, banking and real estate industries.
