Mr. Loi is the Director General of Gintasset. He graduated from Hanoi Law University. Prior to joining Gintasset in September 2013, Lawyer Loi worked at People’s Court with more than 30 years of trial experience in cases of intellectual property rights violations, civil litigation and business

He also takes part in training and teaching at many domestic universities and conferences organized by some Ministries/Departments.

He is one of active members of VAL (Vietnam Association of Lawyers), VBF (Vietnam Bar Federation), APAA (Asian Patent Attorney Association), AIPPI (International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property).

Mr. Thuan attained his Bachelor of Law degree and then a Master of Laws (LL.M.) at the Hanoi Law College.
Prior to joining Gintasset, he worked for some well-known law firms in Hanoi, Vietnam, Mr. Thuan gained much valuable knowledge and experience in various legal fields including investment, commercial, corporate, labour, tax, intellectual property, and others, whereby Mr. Thuan created a solid foundation for his professional development.
Mr. Thuan’s primary focus is on legal advice with respect to corporate structuring, mergers and acquisitions and business litigation, covering a broad range of industry sectors including construction, technology information, port management, insurance and transport and telecommunications.

Ms. Hanh graduated from the Hanoi University of Foreign Studies and the Hanoi University of Technology. Her particular strengths are in the field of advising clients in IP laws of Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia and other countries, registration and prosecution of IP rights, including patents, utility solutions, trademarks, industrial designs. She also completed many IP training courses organized by ASEAN IPA, WIPO and the National Office of Intellectual Property of Vietnam.

Mr. Bo is one of the founding members of Gintasset. He graduated from Hanoi University of Technology and Hanoi Law University. His law and agency practice encompasses such matters on patent and relating IP rights as translation, preparation and prosecution of patent applications in the field of electronics, computer technology, biotech and chemical technology and providing advice on strategies for the maintenance and protection of intellectual property rights.

Ms. Hang, GINTASSET’s partner and Head of Trademark Department, graduated from the Hanoi University of Foreign Studies and Hanoi Law University. Prior to joining GINTASSET, she worked as an official of the Legal Department at Vietnam Steel Corporation. Ms. Hang represents domestic and foreign clients in various IP related matters in Vietnam and in many other regional countries.
