Mr. Chung graduated with a Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Hanoi University of Technology, and Bachelor of Law in Hanoi Law University.

He is currently a Patent Attorney in charge of Patent and Industrial Design prosecution, providing legal advices on Vietnamese IP laws, especially in Patent and Industrial Design cases.

He is a member of Vietnam Intellectual Property Association (VIPA)
