Tuan was educated at Hanoi University of Science and Technology and Hanoi Law University. He also completed Intellectual Property training course organized by National Office of Intellectual Property of Vietnam.

He has got knowledge and experience in technical science and technology, especially as consumer electronic products.

His main tasks now cover translation, advice and preparation of necessary documents for filing and assisting Patent Attorney and Patent Associate during patent prosecution.
