Binh graduated from Hanoi Law Univeristy. Prior to joining Gintasset, he worked for several years in the field of international trade.

Mr. Binh has broad experience in many fields of Intellectual Property, in particular Trademark.

He has provided her advices to assist clients in searching and registration of the clients’ Intellectual Property Rights in Vietnam and foreign countries. He also has lots of experience in appeal and dispute settlement in respect of Intellectual Property Rights.
